Zakaree Sandberg’s cinematography is driven by story. He shapes light, shadow, and movement to serve emotion, letting each frame reveal character, tension, and nuance. His camera work finds beauty in the ordinary, energy in the subtle, and always keeps the story at its center.

With 18 years as a Digital Imaging Technician and Colorist, Zakaree learned from some of the best cinematographers in the industry before transitioning to full-time Director of Photography in 2019. Since then, he has shot several features, TV projects, and short films, and is proud to be a member of Local 600.
